Description
The Green Cave is a vast cave sitting somewhere below
Arakmat. It's one of the few caves in
The Nightlands large enough to sport its own weather system and the verdant growths that give it its name make it seemingly a great spot for colonisation.
History
It's difficult to track the history of the Green Cave, there is no doubt that it has been colonised several times by several different races. The verdant cave is littered with ruins of one settlement after another. There is no record of any settlement lasting longer than a generation though and it's been a few decades since anyone heard from the Daelagian settlement that was set up there. The
Vysstichi settlement that was there before then has also been lost.
Geography
The Green Cave is a vast underground cave. It is characterised by an excess of green foliage and pleasant weather.
The Green Cave is large enough to host its own weather system and might be considered inviting if slightly humid, when compared to other parts of
The Nightlands.
Land Use
The Green Cave could theoretically be farmed extensively, but is not currently being used.
