The estate wasn't an overly large or ostentatious one for this part of Ieffreon, but it was still lavish enough to be impressive in its own way. The main building was a two-story home, surrounded by a relatively small but immaculately kept lawn and garden. It had a white exterior, with tile roofs, and an entrance comprised of two doors, the first one wrought iron, the second one oak. A wrought iron fence ran about the estate's perimeter; on the gate was a small sign that read simply: CORAL SHORE.
Behind the main house was a courtyard and a second building. The property ended at a private, sandy beach.
The interior was open and airy, light pink curtains over the many windows. The floors were marble, and polished to a dizzying brightness. The entrance led into a sitting room with two couches, a wing-backed chair, a piano, and a massive fireplace. There were two doors at the room's back, one of which led into the kitchen and dining area, and the other of which opened into the study and Val's exercise room. A spiral staircase took one to the second floor, which boasted six bedrooms and three washrooms.

Sometime late in the season, a copy of a letter of referral would arrive to the coral shore estate.

Whilst most of the postal system across the empire was down, for particularly determined carriers, sometimes letters would still manage to get through. This one was sent from a very diligent member of the Aelyria Prime Welfare office, and its contents, organized on a pro-forma sheet, were as follows.
