Appearance: Pale blonde hair, purple eyes. Her skin has a slight tinge of grey, so that at a distance she looks like a normal light elf, but closer up and under observation her appearance is just slightly 'off.' Sliucha's Glamour provides her with a conventionally attractive and healthy appearance. She has six luxuriously fluffy fox tails that sprout out of her backside (and three somewhat ethereal ones, making it seem like nine tails at times), a brilliant white with soft purple tips. Her elven ears have been replaced with fox ears covered in a fine snowy down. As part of a boon from Alithea her bosom has expanded to a ludicrous degree. But besides all of that Sliucha is a rather petite elf and stands at 5'4''. The presence of Inari's Blessing allows most other aspects of Sliucha's appearance to change, but the above will be relatively consistent throughout.

As a result of a poisoning, now has a very very minor degree of synesthesia that usually only affects her while under the heavy influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

On her lower back is a design that looks to be a heart from afar, although up-close it is revealed to be closer to a yin-yang depiction with two separate components linked together. Foxes entwined, or perhaps minxes? It was a little difficult to tell, and like counting Sliucha’s tails - was both one and yet the other too. Twin minx-kitsunes as a broken heart put back together again.

Personality: Leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeewd~.

She's an Alithean, what do you expect? It's all in the signature: Anything is doable.

She's a terrible hypocrite at times and how she acts depends on her relationship with people. Usually, though, it's simple enough. Work together with her and she'll treat you like a close friend and do her best to make you happy. Oppose her and she'll do her best to wipe you off the face of Telath with no mercy shown at all. She can be a sweetheart and visit you just to drop off some cookies she just baked - she can be coldblooded and sit there with a smile on her face as your fingernails are pried off for crossing her. She's slowly getting used to politics and learning how to lie and deceive but for the most part tends to be straightforward and honest, which can be very awkward for some considering her lewdness.

But for the most part, she tends to be insanely friendly. Emphasis, perhaps, on insane. She loves meeting new people, making new friends, helping others, and will also try to get into your pants. Like, a lot.

(Former) Dreamscape Form
Stilio. A human top half, and a spider's bottom half. Even the top-half would look quite different from her usual form. A much more human form, the skin an olive tan. A set of retractable needle-like fangs that sat in place of the canines. Long, shiny black hair that was parted by chitinous finned protrusions along either side of her head. The only thing particularly similar was the tribute to her lamian tongue - her new one was pitch black, thick and fleshy, and capable of telescoping to a distance of several feet. The upper form was mostly nude, her breasts heavily exaggerated. But shining black exoskeleton covered the arms from the biceps down, resembling a pair of long black gloves. Waspish thighs soon gave way to the large, spherical spider-abdomen beneath, however, covered in shiny black chitin. Eight sleek spider legs, four on each side, and... other attachments. Spinnerets among them.

Since receiving a pep-talk from Alithea, Sliucha now presents herself in the Dreamscape as... simply herself! Not hiding her identity, and proclaiming her status as Shalun'ya, Alithea's Champion.

History
Sliucha's mother, Fanya, was a very unlucky individual. A full Medonian elf, she and her family moved to Vortex as her father pursued a business opportunity there. Unsurprisingly, the plan fell through, and her father would be murdered. His wife would try her best to feed the family, but the savings quickly dried up and the few funds she pulled in from odd jobs wasn't enough to support everybody. It was decided that Fanya would be married off so as to receive support from the husband's family as well as to remove Fanya from their own care. They would scrape together what money they had for the dowry and sent her off. All was well for a bit of time, but Fanya's husband got on the wrong side of one of Vortex's many gangs. In the middle of the night, their house was broken into and Fanya's husband slain. Fanya herself was able to flee from the house. However, it was the middle of the night, and Vortex was a dangerous city. She would be beset upon by a group of dark elves in an alley and, defenseless, was brutally raped and beaten by them into unconsciousness. Not only that, but as she lay there unconscious, a group of Hayans would happen to be wandering past. They would kidnap her and secret her down into the Vysticchi city of Har'oloth. There, they fully intended to have their fun with Fanya before sacrificing her to their patron goddess.

When the light elf awoke and learned of the fate planned for her, she attempted to plead for her life. Her words seemed to have no affect at all on her dark elf captors, until in her desperation she claimed to be pregnant. Fanya didn't think that she was, of course, but was grasping at straws in an attempt to stay alive. This, however, piqued the interest of the Hayan priestess in charge of her, and she schemed to kill the child in Fanya's womb. Fanya would still be sacrificed, of course, but she would be allowed to live a bit longer in order to allow the baby to develop a bit longer before both of them would be offered up to Haya. Such as it was that Fanya lived within the confines of the Temple of Carnal Love, physically and sexually abused by her captors, even as her stomach began to grow with the development of her child. But... child? Fanya had initially been concerned as to how she would trick her captors into thinking she was actually pregnant, but when her stomach began to grow she became truly afraid. Her captors always fed her drugs and used various herbs that prevented pregnancy whenever they had their way with her; it wasn't possible that their actions were responsible. Her mind drifted back to the rape just before she had been captured, and it was with immense grief that she realized the source of her child. But this product of the rape was her lifeline, and much as she would have rather killed it in the womb than give birth to such a thing, she had no other choice. Regardless, the Hayans had little concern for the welfare of her child, brutalizing her all the same. After all, the child would be sacrificed; who cared what they did about it?

One of the dark elves did, however. He was not truly a Hayan, but a follower of Zyrgra, the Queen of Pain. Because the two deities were so closely linked, however, he was allowed to stay within the temple. A loyal and devout follower, he had curried an immense amount of favor with the priestesses there. As Fanya's belly grew, he was struck with an idea, and approached the Hayan priestess. The child should be allowed to live, he argued. It was one thing to simply sacrifice it to Haya; it was another to mold the impressionable young thing to follow both Haya and Zyrgra. This was an opportunity to gain a toy to play with. Why simply throw it away? While the Hayan priestess was rather loathe to go ahead with it, the follower of Zyrgra's words and skills would win out, and she would decide to spare the child and place it in his care.

Months later, Fanya would scream as her stomach was cruelly carved open and the baby extracted from her bloody womb. As the mother's screams echoed around the birthing room and her blood dripped down the stone altar she had been placed upon, the young child would be named. Sliucha Sindosa, the man of Zyrgra would say, patting its head and taking it away even as Fanya grew quiet as the life ebbed from her.

Sliucha would be raised within the Temple of Carnal Love. She was not treated as a person; she was less than an instrument or a tool. The amalgamation of elfdom was a toy to be played with. Even from a young age, she would be loaned out to the various Hayan priestesses and acolytes for their sick and twisted pleasure, to do with as they pleased. They delighted in the fact that she was obedient and did everything that they told her to; there was absolutely no resistance on her part. Regardless of how demeaning or disgusting the task was, Sliucha would be more than willing to oblige. They took great pleasure in the authenticity of her screams of pain as well. There were simply too many individuals that, over time, grew numb to the pain or eventually found pleasure in it. Not this elf; it hurt just as much every time, and she never seemed to grow fond of it. But it didn't seem to be as if she loathed pain or was scared of it, as others were. Rather, she seemed to enjoy suffering... for the sake of suffering. Her Zyrgran caretaker took keen notice of this, as did his Hayan overseer.

What was more, she seemed to have a particular aptitude for torture. The Hayan priestess once whisked her away and, simply for her amusement, led her into a room where a captive human male was tied to a table. Handing Sliucha a knife, the Hayan priestess simply told the young elven girl to do extract a certain piece of information from the man. If she failed, she would be punished. The Hayan would watch on, both amused and surprised, as Sliucha got her hands bloody, cruelly driving the knife into and out of the man's body. It was the first time, the priestess noted, that she had seen Sliucha smile.

But the abuses her mother had suffered seemed to have left their mark on Sliucha. Nobody really noticed any problems at first, but at some point in her development, she would begin to suffer from voices in her head. At first, they were simply meaningless whispers, but they soon grew into a chorus of commanding voices. Sliucha would periodically suffer nightmares where an emaciated woman cut her open with a cleaver, or would sew the elf's lips shut, or otherwise tortured her. Before long, she would even begin hallucinating, seeing monstrous apparitions where there were none. Hands that crept up from the floor and held her down, shadows that choked her in her sleep, demons that plagued her every waking moment. Eventually, the voices would overwhelm, whispering commands into her mind. Tenets that were imprinted into her mind: the doctrines of pain, of suffering, of torture.

In an attempt to appease the voices, Sliucha would do as such. She slit the throat of her master's usual serving maid and hid the body under the bed. She knew her master's routine, and took advantage of it. Taking advantage of the maid's apparent absence, she would take her master by surprise and send him to Zyrgra.

The voices were silent after that, and Sliucha had found her calling. The Hayan priestess would be more than aware as to who was responsible, but rather than publish Sliucha, was quite impressed by how far she had come. Quite the disturbed individual... she was more than pleased at the idea of sending this girl out into the world and seeing what chaos she would wreak. And that was what she did.

Hahaha woooooow! Sliucha's actually a little embarrassed by how she remembers her past. tl;dr very dark and edgy lots of pain and blood and stuff!

But that's all, really. It's a little embarrassing but it's part of who Sliucha is now, after all. She was released from the Temple as a Zyrgran, giddy as could be when it came to bringing pain and torture unto the world as she'd been raised to do. While massacring goblins in what was then the fledgling town of Ziel Aerca she came under the attention of one Shei'yein Neydremi, who decided to take a gamble on the obviously mentally unhinged elf on the off chance that her thaumaturgy might prove useful to him. It turned out that it did - she reconciled her new medic position in Ars Sanctorum with the fact that people obviously couldn't feel any more pain if they were dead. Better to heal them so that it could all begin anew!

Time changes all people, though. Sliucha's time in Ziel Aerca saw her meet all sorts of people and gain all sorts of responsibilities. She started businesses. She became Aedile of the city! Slowly her penchant for pain began to wane as she realized that it wasn't really all that helpful when, as a politician, her priority was the welfare of her people. Plus, it was kind of a downer?

Sliucha converted and became an Alithean instead. She made friends with lots of people and learned that this was way more fun! With a momentary absence of the High Prince she assumed the role of lieutenant governor and began putting Moonstone on the path of recovery and development in the aftermath of the Xet Invasion, eventually stepping properly into the role of (steward-)governor. So like, Sliucha's been super busy and stuff!

Positive Brand #1: Reciprocation
Sliucha bears a first Brand from Alithea. As such, Sliucha now renders anyone that has sex with her to be 100% infertile so long as it's about business/function rather than love/pleasure. This disease will also spread to anyone that an 'inflicted' also comes in contact with at higher proficiencies (thus far, is self contained). No physical manifestations. This can be activated or deactivated at will.
Wasteland is now known as Reciprocation:
As part of Sliucha’s elevation in status in Alithea’s court, ‘Wasteland’ is confirmed as not an actual annihilation of another person’s fertility but rather the temporary theft of such. When utilised, this counteracts Sliucha’s innate infertility from past Zyrgan Rites and can be used for both male and female targets via physical properties manipulation obtained here.

Positive Brand #2: Funesta Amore

Sliucha bears a second Brand from Alithea which was provided upon the release of one of her trapped Incubi. This acts as an aura about Sliucha that allows her to see the first kindling of 'young love' (i.e., early Courtship). Those within very close proximity who fit this criteria will be subjected to an increased desire to be unfaithful. This affects all races and genders equally.

Positive Brand #3: Bilquis

Vagina Dentata meets Bag of Holding.

Sliucha has internal ‘hammerspace’. Without some form of safety line however, attachments to the outside, it’s a one way door so to speak for anything not alive. Internal storage is effectively infinite, however inert/dead objects will result in Sliucha being violently ill (Alithea’s party girl has to go hug a toilet for a while, best have a friend hold her hair back, etc).

Consumption of a whole individual will automatically trigger Sliucha’s First Positive Brand, ‘Reciprocation’.

Positive Brand #4: Iridescence Glamour

Sliucha’s role within the inner workings of Alithea’s children has resulted in the fourth Positive Brand of Alithea and acts as the foundation of any future Fifth Brand of Alithea.

Physical Alternations:
Sliucha now has three white Fox tails (slightly purple tips).
Sliucha is affected by a form of Glamour. Namely that it’s very, very difficult for Sliucha to look less than immaculate. Difficult, but not impossible.

Tail #1 (Memory). Memory Lapse, when Sliucha brushes her tail up against someone, she is able to affect them with a Non-Magical effect of the Mysticism equivalent of Memory Lapse. This should be treated as a lvl2/Journeyman Spell. This may be used three times per brightening.

Tail #2. (Emotion). Whoa!, when Sliucha brushes her second tail against a target she is able to amplify the emotions related primarily to Alithea - Lust to the extent of a lvl2/Journeyman Spell. This may be used three times per brightening. This additionally can be manipulated into a close range Aura about Sliucha for the same equivalent spell strength.

Tail #3. (Physical). Bop! when Sliucha is within the Dreamscape, Thaumaturgical injuries against a target will cause Physical Damage (no greater than a lvl2 spell) rather than knocking the target out of the Dreamscape and consuming a memory. This may be used three times per darkening (Dreaming).

Tail #4. (Divine) Succubi Soul - Aegis, Tail is intangible in Telath and often invisible. Properties; Defence. Is linked to Tail #5. Aegis is a newly born Demon/Fiend of the Succubi variety. Is highly susceptible to Thaumaturgy and Druidism. Severe (lvl3) resistance to Necromancy. This is increased to lvl4 (Master) when in close proximity to Hunter.
  • Known abilities: Able to 'Soul Bind' a target so they cannot die for an hour. Their body can still be completely destroyed, etc. It just prevents them from being cast into the Umblat and judged by Jalat/Ioannes. (It's a resurrection window for Sliucha to use defensively in effect).

Tail #5 (Divine) Incubi Soul - Hunter, Tail is intangible in Telath and often invisible. Properties; Offence. Is linked to Tail #4. Hunter is a newly born Demon/Fiend of the Incubi variety. Is highly susceptible to Thaumaturgy and Druidism. Severe (lvl3) resistance to Necromancy. This is increased to lvl4 (Master) when in close proximity to Aegis.

Tail #6 (Divine) Cambion - Aux, Properties - Malleable. Is linked to Tail #4 and Tail #5. Aux is a newly born Demon/Fiend of the Cambion variety. It is highly susceptible to Thaumaturgy and Druidism. No resistance to magic. When in close proximity to Sliucha, Aux confers a resistance to all spheres of magic at an Initiate (lvl1) level.


Completed Brand Unlock: Inari's Blessing.
Sliucha has the trainable/experience garnered Racial for Shape Shifting in the same manner as Mer, Dracons, etc. This follows an equivalent Mass relationship.

Negative Brand #1: "Love Hurts"

Sliucha will be subjected to a painful burning sensation wherever her skin comes in direct contact with someone that is in Love and is Faithful. This is the equivalent of an Initiate spell in strength, but is highly resistant to healing. Time/Natural healing only.

This does not activate when engaged in an act of Lust/Corruption as the other party is not able to fulfill the activation condition...

Negative Brand #2: "Remorse"

Any attempts at using magical healing (Witchcraft or Thaumaturgy) to heal a target that is in Love and Faithful, will result in the spell backfiring. This will result in the ‘Love/Faithful’ target being healed, and Sliucha receiving a mirroring affliction at 1:100th of the initial damage. Remorse will never do more harm than a Journeyman spell can inflict – no Mortal injuries.

Life threatening/Mortal wounds will result in Sliucha being marked somewhere on her body with a Broken Heart that while resistant to healing, can be removed with Adept+ magic.

Zyrgra

The Planetar of Starvation and Torture, Zyrgra, has been Inverted into the Demi-Goddess of Pleasure, Inari, as a result of Sliucha's actions. The two of them are now both subordinate to Alithea, with Inari being the direct representative of Alithea and Sliucha's patron.

Zyrgra’s Needle – The needle that was used to stitch Zyrgra’s lips shut while she was still alive. No lips can ever be unstitched when this needle is used and is said to be in the possession of Kreska Yangta, Priestess of Zyrgra. But Sliucha stole it~! (And maybe definitely murdered Kreska.) And then traded it for the Nierkeeping deal with Xenar.

It was then stolen back by Inari (with Sliucha's assistance), and has been handed over to Alithea for safekeeping.

The object seemed to come in a velvet material bag. If one was to open the bag you'd find a device that had a lever on the base, and the base itself turned. As the base turned one way the device would lengthen, as it turned the opposite way, the device would shorten. The device itself was covered by some form of skin, that expands, and contracts as it is 'being used'. The dual version would be the same except the device expands and contracts both ways.

"The payment for such devices, will be worth the effort for these will not only work manually as you will see, but if you know the trigger word, they will 'bounce' for you until you say the word again. It was damaged from the transplant from the broken one and I had her say that she had lost a majority of her 'higher' spell knowledge. Since Sliucha created a link while transplanting her she's able to hear Pride's 'voice' in her head while she holds the gem. Only when she holds it though can she talk to her, two way link. I had it said that perhaps Pride could be restored somewhat' - from the Peer Mod Ticket.

Buried within the satchel for safekeeping once Sliucha and her Bodyguards were a good waya way from the Sindosa Estate to discover was a small little blue velvet box. Palm sized, its every corner had been worn through to reveal the casing itself and once upon a time it’d contained a small amount of lavender perfume to accompany it.

Birthday gift 2022 - soulstar
Small, quite easily able to fit within the palm of her hand. A little jewellery box, barely bigger than one of the larger gold pieces in size and coloured with purple velvet that was soft to the touch. Within, upon plush satin fabric lay a thin chain of pure white metal, shimmering and catching the light and belying its origins as either white gold or perhaps even mythril.

The oval locket attached had no means of opening it, the edge sealed with a thin layer of solder that was evidently deliberate.

Engraved on the front was the Elvish marking for Sindosa.

Accompanying it was a small card, the handwriting thin and wisp-like, spindly and careful.

Birthday gift 2023 - baking goods
The basket delivered appeared to have both come from a great distance, and yet, the contents within were all perfectly fresh and maintained as if they’d only just been selected that very same morning from the local markets within Ziel Aerca.

Supplies that had all come from Northumbria and Vesta alike, with an assortment of jars of honey from west of Arkdün through to fine flour from Trysvale and sunflower seeds that had been grown upon the Fire Isles. Odds and ends, bits and pieces that when put together were all designed for a very, very particular sort of person. Namely, one that knew how to put the pieces together to create a fine delicacy - that of a baker.

Included within was an immaculately crafted, finely made rolling pin from Maple from Trysvale and a number of small little metal bakers moulds, all in designs that were unmistakably lewd and crude alike.

The attached card was a simple affair, one that was on lavender coloured parchment and bore a Moonflower upon a pressed seal.

Birthday gift 2024 - Ardentium accessory
A velvet box with gold inlay, and resting upon the tiny little plush cushion was an Ardentium necklace with an adjustment slider so that it could be turned into an anklet or a bracelet. Attached to it was a charm in amethyst, cut into a Moonflower.

A simple necklace made from dried grasses and a shell that all luttran agree looks great. Any lutran stranger that she encounters while wearing it are more likely to hear her out.

Crystal Ball - This glass sphere swirls with mystical energy. As a relic from the Master Mystic Hag, it requires great skill to use. Functionally, this item acts as a focus for Mysticism, and allows the user to temporarily cast one higher level Mystic spell than the user's current skill rank per use, but without proper technique and experience, it will require 3x the vis cost. It also takes time to use the focus, so it must be used in a safe, secure location. This cost can be reduced via further rp.

Bound Elemental of Earth, contained within a diamond.

The Star of Kaldira
Named after one of the most prominent ancient provinces of the Allerian Empire, the Star of Kaldira is awarded to citizens who have defended the Empire with their lives repeatedly, or have saved the life of the Emperor. It is worn as the prominent medal over the left breast, higher than all other military and civic honours. It is also awarded for uncovering treason and maintaining the integrity of the Allerian Empire, thus explaining the encircling words "Honour and Integrity".

The Star of Michelle
For citizens who have spent a vast portion of their lives making the Allerian Empire a better, safer place for others, the Star of Michelle is a glorious honour. Named after the Empress who founded the Golden Age of Allerian Philosophy, Art, and Good Works, this medal represents accomplishments of selflessness and benevolence beyond simple kindness. The image of Empress Michelle du Starkville appears prominently in the center and the words "One Country, One People, One Voice", immortalized by her husband, surround her likeness.

Crown of Moonflowers

The Crown of Roses has been Inverted into the Crown of Moonflowers, and is attuned to Sliucha and only Sliucha until it is properly re-consecrated by another (Alithean or Olyséran).

Non-Magical, Divine intuition about the target’s (one target at any given point in time), innermost desires and lusts. Equivalent of a lvl4/Master Tier spell for the purposes of any magical/mental defences. Essence is Non-Arcana, ‘Plane of Lust’.

Incubi, Succubi, Nymphs and Naiads alike cannot hide who and what they are when observed by the wearer of the Crown. Minor Incubi and Succubi (Journeyman Necromancy Tier) are bound to the Crown and will always strive to obey its wearer.

Once per Era only, Sliucha can Summon the Crown as if it was a Staff of Arcana. This will not work upon the brightening of the Corinalia festivities.

Twilight: Successor to Dyne. Heavy euphoria that remains steady over a long period of time, slowly diminishing to prevent a 'crash' and stave off addiction. May result in munchies, and makes sex pretty awesome.

Sparkle: Leaves a pleasant, fuzzy feeling all over, and causes the tongue to tingle a bit.

Jubilee: Causes the user to perceive time slowed down by an incredible degree.

Advent: Jubilee mixed with a material dubbed Chrism, leading to hallucinations of Kaimelea and perceived time anomalies.

Taken Orally

Pink Velvet: A bright pink pellet, sucked on or swallowed. Strong aphrodisiac that lasts for around a candlemark.

Trystian: A soft chewy cube with red and blue stripes on it. Fills the user with a massive sense of bravery and courage, but also induces strong hallucinations.

Twist: A powder to be taken with water; higher dosage equals more concentrated effects. Induces a massive spike in energy in the user. Heavy usage results in a massive crash, leading to headaches and other nasty side effects.

Bloodhype: A small, yellow pellet. Noticeable effect of making the user speak anything that passes through their mind. Other effects may arise that vary from user to user. Sharp, euphoric spike. Highly addictive.

Suppository

Serenity: Makes one veeeeeery calm. Helps with subsequent butt stuff, too.

Eyedrops

Wissam: Causes slight irritation in the eye and mild discomfort. Quickly induces a long euphoric high in the user where they zone out. Highly addictive.

The Most Important One
'Mister Scales' (Весы, Échelle Graduée) - Friend, lover, servant.

The closest person and most important individual in Sliucha's life. Originally Zyrgran comrades-in-arms, Sliucha's slow descent into Alitheanism brought the dracon along with her. Originally merely a servant and assistant to her torturous lifestyle, her dabbling in carnal hedonism led to him becoming her favorite toy - and their relationship blossomed over the years. Tall and imposing, covered in jet black scales, and sprouting a second carnal appendage that was grafted at Sliucha's request.

A former Dianite, Her death led to his conversion to Zyrgra - life was pain and suffering. His devotion to Diana and Zyrgra has since been replaced by Sliucha - she is a 'living goddess' to him. Their relationship may not be ordinary, but they seem to love each other very much - it fills in the cracks nicely between their tawdry, messy, sloppy passion. Even though he tells bad jokes and is totally tone deaf and can't sing at all, Sliucha loves his goofy dumb face.

Not close to his parents. Status unknown.
Brother: Ignatii, former Dianite priestess. Not a fan. Status unknown.
Sister: Fevronia. Sailor, collector of nautical materials - for perfumes, mages, alchemists. Gets along decently with Mr. Scales. "Annoying, but kind."

Used to write letters, hasn't since Moonstone moved. Currently not in touch with family.

Mr. Scales is now a Dreamwalker. Mr. Scales has highly limited skill in most areas of Dreamwalking, but prodigious talent in 'Invoking'. This comes at the cost of always forfeiting memories used in this manner. 'Invocations' should be treated as coming from a Dreamwalker with twice the skill/experience as Mr. Scales personally holds.
The Very Important Dorin Pack
Sliucha once 'rented' the services of a dorin slave/mercenary named Fi'Doh. Doing what she did best, she hooked up with him and the two of them got close. Eventually, she learned that his pack was in trouble and had been captured by slavers. She liberated them from their abusers, and they swore a life debt to her - by Sliucha's request, they adopted her into the pack. They now serve as a cadre of bodyguards for the governor.

When Sliucha gave birth to a litter of four quadruplets, the pack agreed to help with their upbringing.

Fi'Doh - The first one Sliucha knew. Hiring him on as a slave/mercenary, it was through him that Sliucha learned of and saved the pack. They are extremely close.

Yajur - An extremely simple-minded dorin whose thoughts revolve around sex and breeding. Sliucha received him as a gift from a grafting client. She asked the pack to adopt him and help him with his condition. This has seen limited success, but progress is being made.

Rek's: The pack's alpha. Very loyal to Sliucha, but there is occasionally friction due to the discrepancy between Sliucha being a member of his pack, but also technically his boss as well as the governor of the province. Regardless, they remain very close.

Son'Hi: Affectionate towards Sliucha but somewhat shy about his feelings.

Snu'Pi: Likes Sliucha a lot. Doesn't particularly like being ordered around. Outgoing, possessive.

Ha'vei: An older, wiser dorin. Friendly with Sliucha, but one of the few not interested in sleeping with her.

One of the five original young pups that Sliucha freed when she helped save the pack of Dorins, Ve'kan has grown up remarkably quickly into one of the packs more respected youthful members. Many of the pack see in him a bright future for them, as he's shown a level of intelligence and shrewdness uncommon among his kind. But perhaps most importantly of all, he has an almost natural ability to inspire trust and loyalty in those around him that seems to be only growing as he does. Only time will tell if he will live long enough to fulfill the level of promise he shows though.

Witta: the oldest of the pack, mother to Eh'nu. Wise, full of knowledge, proud of her children.

Eh'nu: mother of Narna. Rek's preferred mate.

Narna: a hunter for the pack, she is the only female who has reciprocated Sliucha's advances

They have black hair and purple eyes (the eyes turn black when they are using their telepathy). Their skin is unusually pale and no amount of sunbathing will ever darken it. They communicate with each other using telepathy. Their bond with each other is strong. When one cries, so does the other. As they get older, they will finish each other sentences. All that creepy twin stuff.

As for their telepathy, as babies it is erratic. Sometimes, they can communicate with other people. For example: if they are hungry, Sliucha might receive such a feeling from one or both of them, and she could know exactly what they need.*

They have the potential to hone those skills as they grow older, and insert their thoughts into others at their will.

Sliucha encountered them on starbase Katara when with Shei'yein and Celeb'rilith with the aim of blowing it up and killing the Xet leader. Well, in the sense that they went with Rhaella and Julos popped up and it turns out he was a pretty cool guy all along. Sliucha thinks Rhaella is super pretty and Julos is cool because he gave her sweet licorice.

Threllius de Lylles
This one time the Legions were like "Sliucha can you help us with something" and Sliucha wrote a lot of letters to Threllius to get them the help they needed and eventually Threllius did the thing to help the Legions!

Heth’rr
The name given to Ava Yearnstone. A Nymph champion of Olsyrea, she was the one who delivered Olsyrea's first negative brand upon Sliucha's proper conversion to Alithea.

Role: High Priestess of Alithea, Matriarch of the Temple of Sinful Delights

Vysstichi. Pale white hair and bright red eyes. Her talents as an Alithean champion means that her appearance can often change, sometimes to make things more convenient for herself, other times to serve as a vehicle of temptation, and occasionally simply on a whim. By default she tends to appear very un-elvish, curvaceous, wide-hipped, massive bust, and so on.

Her past is intended to be mysterious and difficult to look into. Contradictions may easily appear as she is a means to deflect attention away from the "governor of Moonstone" should there be an investigation. She claims no ties to the former Temple of Carnal Love and is the founder of her own Alithean Court.

Sinope

Role: General manager for the Swirling Lotus Gardens

Vysstichi. Short shoulder length silver hair and dark red eyes. Dresses conservatively, bespectacled, stoic, humorless, serious. At least, that's the role she plays. Unsurprisingly, she's still a hedonist.

A mysterious figure that comes along with Phoebe and claims no ties to the former Temple of Carnal Love.

Priene

Role: Generic wealthy woman

Esh'lahier. Extremely pale skin, flawless and "doll-like" in appearance. Silver hair and golden eyes. A fuller figure due to a life of wealth and luxury, doing no work and lounging around.

She married into wealth and is regarded as a trophy wife, having no role except to be eyecandy to hang off of her husband's arm. Unsurprisingly, there is no love between the two, and that lack of attention means she often spends her free time cavorting around and engaging in affairs with anybody she fancies. Despite an affluent upbringing and lifestyle, she is charitable and generous, a surprisingly honorable member of the upper echelons of society. Minus the adultery, of course.

She ofts plays up her "airheaded" "vapid" persona, preferring people underestimate her and regard her as harmless. In truth, she has ties to Alithea, and serves as a scout for appropriately upscale enterprises that would serve well within the Alithean sphere of influence.

Penthesilea

Role: Generic "common" woman

Light elf, long blonde hair and blue eyes. Reduced bust size (still rather buxom) but increased height. Works numerous basic jobs, such as being a courier. Prostitutes herself on the side.

Her parents are simple elven farmers from the Medonian countryside. Her extended family was heavily involved in the elven rebellion, but the survivors are ones who didn't get involved, and so they much prefer minding their own business and keeping their heads down. The Xet Invasion caused the family to teeter on the edge of poverty, and so Penthesilea was sent to the big city to send money back home. Economic profit is her main incentive and so she tends to be very straightforward and direct when it comes to money. Whoring herself is merely a business transaction.

Clonie

Role: "Sister" of the Church of Faith

A young human woman with rich blonde hair, deep amethyst eyes, and a flawless complexion. She is dressed in the garb of a Cardonolet Sister, but can also be found in a generic habit appropriate for a priestess of the Church of Faith. She can often be found at the confessional on the grounds of the Swirling Lotus Gardens, providing "assistance" and "salvation" for troubled souls.
Cardonolets devote their lives towards working with the poorer folk within a city or the rural citizens in the immediate surrounding areas. They are healing specialists and spend much of their time devoted to paths that will heal the physically sick and mentally ill. Much research is conducted by the Cardonolets in an attempt to develop innovative techniques to perform their personal mandates.

She was a member of a branch of the Cardonolets within the former province of Lauryl, stationed in a remote farming village to provide charity and medical assistance to the beleaguered citizenry. When the Black Fog swept through Lauryl, Clonie found herself among the many refugees in the southern camps, continuing to ply her trade there. The onrush of immigration back into the new province of Moonstone saw the Sister moving with them, and it was with holy indignation that she discovered the province's policies against preaching the faith. She has remained in the province ever since, continuing her work and secretly mounting a religious resistance against the provincial authority.

She is kind, patient, merciful, and graceful. Even against those who would oppose or act against the Church, she wields forgiveness in her left hand and compassion in her right.

Aella

Role: "Justicar" and enforcer of the Church of Faith.

Human. Tall, fit, toned, muscular. Olive-skinned, tan. Short hair. Bright green eyes. Her uniform is a practical mix of chain and plate mail, bearing the heraldry of the Church of Faith. Once a knight in service to the Church, tasked with the defense of Sacrum, she met Sister Clonie during a pilgrimage by the latter to the holy city. Aella was struck by a divine vision the moment she saw Clonie, seeing the Sister as an Angel from Aetheria, and for many nights afterwards had heavenly dreams and other prophetic revelations about her. It was not long before she swore service to Clonie, and pledged to be the bodyguard of the woman she had been so dumbstruck by.

She is the violent mailed fist to counter Clonie's preferred methods of absolution. While her actions are tempered by Clonie's graceful presence, Aella nevertheless takes a more forceful approach to amnesty. This is oft fueled by her peculiar physical nature - she possesses fully male genitalia, despite every other part of her appearing female.

Role: Flirtatious "Olsyrean"

Light elf. Long blonde hair and bright green eyes. Ample bosom, wide hips, pouty lips, her body is designed to attract attention of a carnal nature. This is in spite of her role as a wandering Olsyrean, prosletyzing the faith of the plantear - naturally, given Helene's real identity, it is an opportunity rife for corruption. While the persona may maintain that they are faithful, she will obviously color her words and actions in a subtle Alithean tint. Whether leading Olsyrea's flock astray, or potentially even seducing "fellow" Olsyreans unaware of the wolf among them, Helene provides an excellent oppotunity to engage in a bit of intrigue.

Formerly known as the Apothecarion, the hospital's facilities were gradually expanded as the city grew. Eventually, the need for a larger facility necessitated a relocation to a new campus. With the expansion came the addition of a school of medicine, and a business network that includes three other medical clinics in Ziel Aerca. The governor's office is also located on this campus.

A popular bathhouse in Ziel Aerca. Its heated baths are something of a luxury, and the ability to buy 'companionship' during a bath helps with its popularity.

A mixture of the Sindosa and Aenelis heraldry. Purple and white, split with the right hand side as per cross and the tree motif on the left hand side being rendered via escutcheon. A combination of fancy and practical set side by side on the same Coat of Arms.

Sliucha’s Coat of Arms ultimately looked both very fancy, and like something that one saw when upon a concoction of Sliucha’s various narcotics; or perhaps a distorted image that when one’s eyes defocused just right; caused a three dimensional pop-up to appear of a boat or a cat.

What was inside was the first page being a large seal, the crest of the Sindosa House of Coldmoon. It was a large oval piece with the left side having a crescent cut out of it to denote lineage to the Trelorean Sky Houses rather than the Star or Sun. The right side appeared to be a constellation set against a stylised tree.

The other family tree’s seal was oval, bearing the same crescent as Sindosa for a Sky House, only there was a stylised constellation that didn’t appear like anything seen within the sky upon the Medonian Continent. All slaving operations in Ziel Aerca become state-operated or otherwise agreed to collusion. There were four that operated out of Ziel Aerca.

1) Frontier Slaves agreed to pay a portion of their profits to the city in order to continue operations and receive support from the government. Fi'Doh was acquired from this location. Run by Den Salis, who has a subordinate Pantheri named Tek.
2) Last Chance Slavers, who purchased slaves from Terramarique. Business partners in Nexus Prime and New Coldmoon (a cardinal of the CoF).
3) Phedos' Children, specializing in elves. The dwarf in charge agreed to price fixing.
4) The Slave Markets of Flower Road, a fledgling operation that was doing the worst out of them all. Sliucha bought it out. Of the five employees (dark elf twins, Oboe (tri-anklios), tigron, cether) the last one would be murdered by competitors.

Sliucha also ran into the Slayers, a gang involved in slaving that didn't like what she was doing. She raided a laundromat used to launder money for them and negotiated a ceasefire.

Summer Era XXII

The Third District is founded in Moonstone for the purposes of agriculture. It is discovered that dracon infiltrators are claiming plots of land and leaving them unused in order to disrupt potential competition from Moonstone's farms. Also, much of Lauryl's road network was more or less spared in the aftermath of the Xet Invasion, barring a bit of maintenance here and there.

Autumn Era XXII

The lutran lotholt in the Great Centripax Basin suffers a meteor strike. The investigation following wiped out the lotholt's buildings.

The Third District is found to suffer from something of a snake infestation. Sliucha doles out antivenom and begins routine patrols into the countryside to provide medical care.

First visit to Nierkeeping. Non-transformed citizens of Nierkeeping hunting the Xenar-turned were relocated to Ziel Aerca. Project to disarm traps set in the woods begins.

Winter Era XXII

The lutran lotholt has rebuilt in the vicinity of the River Laroo.

Another cell of dracon infiltrators is wiped out.

The beer industry gets its start in Moonstone. The Lylles Palace is found to be infested by Xet.

Fishing rights in the Great Centripax Basin are negotiated.

Sliucha spends a lot of time in Nierkeeping. A rudimentary medical team is set up from locals, and a city council is established.

Spring XXIII

Conflict erupts between Xenarius cultists (non-Nierkeeping) and Carmelyan Fawns in the southern edges of Moonstone.

By this point, Shei'yein's absence has led Sliucha to declare herself lieutenant governor.

Hops production enhanced for the Moonstone beer industry. Grape production and the revitalization of the wine industry begins.

The problem of venomous snakes (particularly water snakes lurking in rice fields) is made known. Sliucha hands out waterproofed boots to help with protection. Comprehensive antivenoms are also created for all poisonous snakes indigenous to Moonstone.

A vermin problem begins in the farmlands.

First successful harvest!

First contact established with the Legions in Lauryl. A trade agreement is struck with Moonstone providing luxury goods to the legionnaires.

Kirenai begins raiding Nierkeeping. As a result, Sliucha destroys Kirenai and its inhabitants.

Spring Era XXIV

The Changeling Curse over Nierkeeping is removed. Reactions among locals vary.

A Legion recruiting office is set up in Moonstone. Further trade deals are negotiated. Much of the land in Central Moonstone is set aside for Legion retirees.

The vermin problem seems to be worsening.

Sliucha targets bandits in the countryside.

Rogue lamians are found to be raiding and occupying the desert cities. Sliucha drives them off. Nadir and Zenith become their own semi-autonomous district within Moonstone.

Winter, Era XXIV/XXV

Sliucha assists the Legions. Blankets are procured and provided to the Sixth and Tenth to help weather the winter cold. Lylles, Co. ships are retrofitted into icebreakers to assist the Seventh. Sliucha sends many many letters to the capital for a replacement commander to be appointed to the Tenth.

The vermin problem is traced back to a rodenti Hayan cult. Sliucha eliminates them and thwarts a terrible attack against the fledgling province of Moonstone and the Imperial Legions in Lauryl using diseased wheat.

Calanon reports on the situation in Sylrosia.

Spring, Era XXV

A new fortress begins construction south of the Great Centripax Basin, to assist with protection of the general area. The Legions provided architectural and design assistance. It will be completed in two years.

Summer Era XXV

Results from an open governor hearing:
  • Increased rep and goodwill within Ziel Aerca and throughout Moonstone
  • ZA's internal defences have been beefed up, and crime has fallen

Education reform set up in Moonstone, independent of the Church of Faith. Liluth Imra, an Olsyrean, has been tasked with setting up the education for the schoolchildren. Elias Pahlor, a man with former(?) ties with the Church of Faith, shall set up education for teachers.

Skaeve is appointed a Lady of Moonstone, and given the position of Knight-Elder of the Order of the Argent Shield. The Order it tasked with the defending, maintaining, and investigation of the province's ancient lore, powerful artifacts, and exotic creatures, protecting them from those who would subvert and abuse.

A preliminary interprovince trade agreement between Medonia and Moonstone is signed.

Winter, Era XXV-XXVI

Sliucha returns to the lutran lotholt and deals with rodenti who have been harassing them. While the rodenti refuse to settle down in Moonstone and abide by Sliucha's rules, they are successfully convinced to relocate and head out east.

Spring, Era XXVI Post Fractum

Sliucha's wealth tier falls to Steel following efforts to assist the Legions in Lauryl. Trade connections are utilized to ensure the Sixth have enough boots and such. The Fourth agree to a joint venture to establish a Legion outpost in Moonstone to overwatch the southern desert areas. The Tenth are sent alchemical materials to counter acidic rain. The Eighth work with Sliucha to resolve a pay dispute stemming from the capital.

(+) Moonstone has the funds to hire over a dozen mercenary groups or the raising of 100 militia that can be supported for the era. Should there be substantive work done in the desert regions of Moonstone, Zenith and Nadir will fund a significant part of a mercenary contract for the defense of the region or the raising and maintenance of a few hundred militia.
(+) Moonstone has the funds to set up wayposts throughout the province or build a couple of carriage inns or expand some basic dirt roads
(+) Moonstone has the funds to build five scholas OR hire top rate instructurs OR supply free educational materials OR offer wage subsidies to families too poor to allow their children to go to schola instead of working
(+) Moonstone is receiving enough funds from the Jade and Silk tariffs to fund a small project (this is ongoing and can be improved through work, though may cause additional difficulties)

Summer Era XXVI Post Fractum

Taxes raised in spring are put towards the Moonstone provincial militia, with a mixture of new recruits and city guard veterans. The provincial militia will be responsible for countryside areas, while city guards will continue to watch over their respective settlements.

Construction of a fortress begins in Central Moonstone to help with traffic around the River Laroo area. Construction is slated to complete in 3-5 years.

Sliucha has most of the sex trade in and near Ziel Aerca become a provincial institution.

  1. Sliucha's removal of Big Mom Candy spark off a gang war that shakes up Ziel Aerca's Underground scene. Jin Soo (Princess Jade), leader of the Jaded Koi Gang is the new undisputed Queenpin of the Ziel Aerca gangs, thanks to Sliucha's backing. The older gangs (Miu Street Boys, Circle Gang etc.) may still be around, but have dropped in power/influence.
  2. Sliucha's reputation among the underground / gangs of Ziel Aerca has increased to "Notorious". They realized her threats are not idle, having witnessed her wrath when provoked. This means she is considered a "Person of Respect", and not just a mere Business Associate.
  3. Sliucha's alliance and business dealings with the Jaded Koi results in the monopoly of the sex trade in Ziel Aerca. All sex related businesses in the city, both new and present, must operate with "license" (permission) from the the Jaded Koi Gang as of Winter of Era XXVI. Those with licenses are also given "protection".
  4. Although the license enforcement is only within the city limits, the sphere of influence also covers surrounding areas. Non-protected operators of the flesh trade will be wary when operating within the zone, lest they end up like Big Mom Candy.
  5. Not wanting to get on Sliucha's bad side, a mysterious group of refugees from Zinn'Sunn has moved to Ziel Aerca from Linnea. Their secrets have yet to be unlocked.
  6. Sliucha has gained the friendship of Szinash, a female Drider Queen lurking in the sewers of Ziel Aerca.
  7. Some of the mysteries of Ziel Aerca sewers have been exposed. There's an urban legend of a monster goldfish lurking about, made extra golden thanks to Thaum related contamination!
  8. Parts of the slums that was burned down during the gang war has been given a makeover, resulting in minor gentrification (the area is more 'middle class'). The people love her! There's even a small statue in her honor

Autumn Era XXVI Post Fractum

A strange sleeping plague in Cabrata was found to be counteracted by the consumption of a local oasis fish (usually unpalatable).

Lamian-led raids to try and kidnap dorin children to sell into slavery in the Undying Theocracy were thwarted in the vicinity of Nadir.

A bandit operation around Hakaar Fortress was broken up.

The wells around Zenith (and most of the desert) were washed of Xet contaminant.

Lord Links Kha'Serith is transferred ownership of a fortress in southern Moonstone, where his knights of the Order of the Valorous Heart will be stationed. Situated near the shore of the Great Centripax Basin, and around halfway between Ziel Aerca and the border to Medonia, his knights will assist with keeping order in the area.

Winter Era XXVI/XXVII Post Fractum

The Sixth Legion has been reassigned as the Provincial Legion of Moonstone under the command of Imperator Braxter. At the end of Era XXVII (27), the integration will be deemed complete. Sliucha can appoint her own Tribune/Provincial Major or Braxter will should one not be forthcoming.

The Fourth Legion has set itself up in Hakaar Fortress. They have been informed of the lamian threat in the area. Their presence should not disrupt commercial traffic through the desert highway.

The Seventh Legion has moved to Medonia. Moonstone will continue to supply them while they integrate themselves into the Medonian infrastructure.

Previously raised taxes have been put towards wayposts and coaching inns for the purpose of easing travel throughout the province have been set up around Zinn'Sunn, western Central Moonstone, and the Dervish Oasis. Each of these sites, alongside newly established ones in Celaurise and Linnea, further constitute a new conglomerate to help replace Lylles, Co. in the west. This has been designated as SETA.

With cooperation from the Fourth Legion, signal towers have been installed at these sites and other major locations in Moonstone to help with rapid communication. The Fourth Legion will be responsible for the manning and maintenance of the towers near their post at Hakaar Fortress.

Sliucha strengthens the presence of mulberries in Moonstone and begins a hemp planting program to develop a local paper industry in the province.

A giant eel Changeling preying upon the local lotholt was forcibly relocated.

Spring Era XXVII Post Fractum

Further investment into Moonstone's education program establishes a Schola program, with newly recruited teachers and trainees. An independent printing press established in Moonstone is responsible for printing school books and other educational material. Paper and ink production in Moonstone have been strengthened to support this endeavor. The program starts in summer for Ziel Aerca, and in autumn for the southern countryside. Nadir and Zenith currently follow their own educational program.

During a check-in with the newly minted Provincial Guard, it's agreed that the former legionnaires will help with the maintenance of Moonstone's roads, both as a means of assisting with public infrastructure and making their patrol jobs easier. A fledgling Veterans' Association is in the works to assist those who finish their careers with civilian life.

A followup round of improvements to SETA have established a formal postal system in Moonstone, allowing individuals to send mails and packages throughout the province, with couriers relying on SETA infrastructure and newly established offices.

Summer Era XXVII Post Fractum

The Fourth Legion plan on reinforcing Paltair Castle and setting up an outpost near the Dervish Oasis by the end of winter.

Further improvements to the SETA system have introduced a partnership with the Provincial Guard in Moonstone. While still untested in combat conditions, the hope is that the Provincial Guard can help act as "caravan guards" to protect SETA shipments. As of summer, they are functional in the Ziel Aerca area and the southern farmlands.

Autumn, Era XXVII Post Fractum

Provincial Guard protection of SETA shipments extends up to the desert area.

Transportation services are implemented for the SETA network. Coverage is extended to border stations along Lauryl and further east into Centripax, including Ambergois and Eriale.

While doing a tour of the desert, Sliucha learns that the Fourth Legion have been a little rowdy at times when on leave in Cabrata. The emir has been asked to monitor the situation - not untenable, as the Legion pays for damages.

Ironfist dwarves from Centripax, likely exiles, have built themselves an enclave within Nadir. A sewage issue was rectified by Sliucha's offer of sending specialists to assist with cleanup.

There were reports of attacks on caravans in the area, specifically Ironfist caravans that strayed off of normal routes to the north/northeast of Nadir. The Fourth Legion has agreed to investigate the area.

Zenith was attacked by a Dao and driven off by the Lord Thane, who is definitely just a normal individual. The attacking Dao, while diminished, did survive the attack, and may be at large. It is unclear where exactly it came from, but somewhere 'in the east' seems to be the general idea. This may coincide with the caravan attacks.

Nierkeeping was heavily negatively impacted in an event precipitated by followers of Xenarius. The villagers are currently MIA.

Winter, Era XXVII/XXVIII Post Fractum

Provincial Guard protection of SETA shipments is tentatively being expanded towards Arium.

An agreement is reached with the Fourth Legion stationed in northern Moonstone and the Fifth and Tenth Legions stationed in Lauryl. Coordinating with the Provincial Guard, legionnaires will have greater leave access into the province, with the Provincial Guard moving to help cover the manpower needs.

Simultaneously, Moonstone is slowly siphoning manpower out of the rogue legionnaires in Fort Pellwyn to help make up for the loss through indirect advertisement of the benefits of provincial employment as opposed to the out-of-supply situation at Fort Pellwyn.

With the fall of Candaceburg, Moonstone has begun heavily investing into furthering its agricultural output. With assistance from First Minister Threllius de Lylles, Moonstone has momentarily taken over the portion of Lauryl on the eastern side of the river, southwest of Zinn'Sunn and west of Kirenai, for rice production, utilizing prison labor provided by the Imperium. Trout fisheries are being set up around the Great Centripax Basin, and the northern areas of the province are being prepared for bean farming. These efforts will begin to fully complete around the end of the era.

The Order of the Argent Shield takes responsibility over an entity colloquially known as the GLAM.

For the purposes of protecting Moonstone's waterways, the Provincial Guard were secured former Lylles, Co. ships. Training is being provided by former Lylles, Co. employees, and a small fleet of five Corvette-class Imperial ships and three sloops is now being employed by the province.

Spring, Era XXVIII Post Fractum

SETA Central Services (Moonstone branch) has completely stabilized. Expansion programs have resulted in three separate SETA initiatives. One branch serves the western Lauryllian Legions on a prospective basis. Another exists in Medonia, which has pushed out east to include Kirastar and Annaria. The latter is tackling Centripax and the Nightlands below, in cooperation with the dwarven Clan Ironfist.

With Administrator Vireylda's assistance, the recovery of northern Moonstone and Kyathis in particular is well underway and proceeding nicely. As a result of investment into the area, and in conjunction with SETA's expansion into the area, the Kyathis fishing fleet is now up and running (as the equivalent of a L2 business) and capable of feeding the city and the surrounding area, able to transport its product without spoilage. Kyathis is currently rebuilding at an increased rate due to craftspeople and materials provided. Sliucha's reputation in the area has increased accordingly.

Sindosa Enterprises Printing now offers a public printing service, based on customer specifications, via a movable-type printing press.

Summer, Era XXVIII Post Fractum

Discussion with the Provincial Guard continue to flesh our their responsibilities, namely that constables and local militias have jurisdiction when it comes to cities. The Provincial Guard will continue to operate in the northern and southern ends of the province, with training operations to help further reclaim land and territory - swamp dredging, etc. Syl’rosya in particular is being investigated for the former Imperial cannon facilities.

Investigation of Syl'rosya finds that the area is full of various perils in certain locales. An individual by the name of 'Avery' is currently working to restore the area, and Sliucha has lent the aid of SETA and the Moonstone land reclamation teams in assistance.

Sliucha's direct efforts secured a non-aggression pact with the rodenti local to the Nightlands area in the vicinity of Candaceburg. In cooperation with Threllius de Lylles, the agreement has been made that a cessation of rodenti raiding in the area, allowing for the recovery of the blessed fields of Candaceburg, will allow for the renewed agricultural output (and other Imperial efforts) to go towards feeding the rodenti populace. For her efforts, Sliucha has been awarded the Star of Kaldira and the Star of Michelle.

Further negotiation with Threllius has seen Sliucha appointed the interim governor of Lauryl, and the expansion of SETA into Medonia and Fintagel, and a small depot in the township of Fern, in the vicinity of Candaceburg.

Autumn, Era XXVIII Post Fractum

The resolution of the situation in Candaceburg has Threllius recall the Tenth Legion from Lauryl. Moonstone helps support the withdrawal and moves to ensure that the remaining western Legions are assisted through the transition.
