"Welcome to the world of Planar Summoning", said Arch Summoner Oak.
"Before you go -- let's perform the Rite of Convocation! Otherwise you won't be able to properly find a Locus and tether with a Planar being!"
"WILD PLANAR SUMMONS dwell in these loci -- within the intersection of Planes. Here are some equipment for your expedition. Be careful! You'll be most vulnerable until you contract and bind with a planar entity!"

Novitiate Summoner
Locate Loci – Once the planar summoner has had the Rite of Convocation performed on them, they have the ability to locate the loci around the world of Telath. When they get close to one, they’ll feel a small, slight buzzing in their ears, which will get to a dull hum when they are at the loci’s portal.
Planar Attunement – With this ability, it allows an initiate summoner to attune themselves to a plane at one of the loci (intersection of planes on the material plane)
Bind Contract – This technique allows a summoner to bind the contract with the planar entity by forming a link between their vis and intertwining their vis with each other. It’s what allows them to use the summon technique as well. Also, a summoner can only bind a certain number of contracts based on their level as a summoner. For each level they gain aside from the initial level, they can bind one contract per level. So, at the Arch Summoner level, they will have the ability to hold five contracts.
Summon – Once a contract is bound between the summoner and planar entity, when on the material plane, a summoner can summon said entity. They can summon up to three of their summons out at once into the material plane.
Boost – Much like an arcanist, once a summoner reaches a certain amount of XP, they are able to boost to the next level, and increase the number of contracts their vis can hold.
