Aglet's NPC's
This list is a cast of NPC's that often recur across my threads. If you'd like to use them, message me and I can chat personality quirks beyond the synopsis-es here.
Akina Kha'Serith
A white, fluffy Dorin (looks like a Samoyed) who was adopted by Z'Kron after being abandoned by her family. She failed the Graw'lak and is ostracised by other Dorins for being 'weak'. She works as a mail deliverer, and has Level 1 Necromancy unlocked. Canonically has met Sliucha, Calanon, and Z'Kron in-character. Was a PC, has been retired.
Bear
A level 1 druid who Z'Kron met on Aslan's Forge.
Rock
A sentient, vampiric stone that absorbs magical energy. A bit of a dick.
Hero
A generic Marty-Stu who has a Destiny, but his destiny so far is murky. Useful plot device to get more powerful PC's to save him because he's a bit useless.
Snohm/Snomm/Snumm
A snail-spirit that lives in the slowly-revegetating wastes of Frigid River.
Harton McGinley
A woodcutter from Dragonscliffe, who joined a band of brothers to form an adventuring party following the rodenti attack on the candaceburg farms and fields. Their primary aim was to search for places for refugees to settle and farm, which was safe from the attack of the hungry hordes. Bald, stocky, standing approximately 6'2", and usually wears a thick, black beard which reaches down the front of his chest. He prefers to dress in simple attire, and is used to patching clumsy friends up with bandages and splints.
Oroton Loft
A junior swordsman, recently graduated from basic training at the training yards of Fortress Elsdragon. He was granted leave to scout the lands around Candaceburg for places appropriate for refugee settlement, as the nearby village was slowly reaching capacity. Oroton had every intent to return swiftly, but the call to adventure kept him venturing further and further afield. He carries himself with the righteousness of a paladin, but with the nervousness of a soldier far more junior than his years. He quietly fears the response his peers will give him on his return, given how long he's been gone now. Oroton has ear-blonde hair, and old armour inherited from his grandfather.
Charles (Embers)
Charles is a novice Elementalist from Jaedaxia, who accompanies the party on its journey providing water and fire-protection as much as they can. Charles earned the nickname 'Embers' after the amount of time he's accidentally blasted a foe with fire on reflex. Charles is thin, relying on his staff partially for support, with short black hair. Charles is a pessimist, which occasionally grates on Harton's nerves.
Meems Elpatrick
A curly, red-headed bard, Meems demonstrated the surprising ability to lull monsters to sleep on occasion. The man enjoys putting on displays of silliness and wit, which has delivered the team from many scrapes when they passed other humanoid settlements in the past. Meems prefers to stay out of the combat when his party members gets into a scuffle, but offers to carry the healing kit to provide aid when requested.
Igoxi
A small salamander who followed Z'Kron into the Shadow Plane in a desperate attempt to ask him for help. The salamander wants to be Evolved, but is very socially anxious. Igoxi dreams of having a nap on some grass.
Elsinore/Authelor/Authenor/Elsilore
Different iterations of the same Nature Spirit across different versions of existence in the Material Plane. They each represent a similar entity; The Air Which Carries the Leaves, The Wind Which Carries Leaves, The Spirit of the Leaves Carried by the Wind, and the Spirit of the Leaves far-travelled (in order). Only the Air Which Carries the Leaves and the Spirit of the Leaves Carried by the Wind (Authenor and Elsinore) can open a portal to and from the Shadow Plane. The others can commune with their alternate selves, but only if they are in proximity to Aslan's Forge.
Mountain
A sentient piece of an actual mountain behind High Peak. It got bored of being stationery, so it is carried around by Z'Kron in the spirit of adventure.
John
An elderly fisherman who has a boat in the Centripax Basin

The river-spirit of Frigid River. It takes the form of a large, white snake.
Tiyraxius
One of the three home-tree spirits of Frigid River - a white, sparkling spider with thousands of gemlike green eyes. Very elegant and polite. Vyssticchi lore speaks of a spirit-spider similar to this, but it is not yet confirmed whether this is THE Vyssticchi spirit of the moon or not.
